My Daily Practice

I've been practicing Flow Training regularly for about 2 1/2 years now. Created by Mike Chang, it's one of the most grounding practices I've discovered so far.

Flow Training combines combines tapping, strength training, flexibility, breathwork and meditation into a daily practice that helps you quiet your mind, clear blockages, and connect you to your higher self .

It's a holistic practice that you can do at anytime and anywhere.

But it can be hard to stick with the same practice every day. The mind often gets bored and wants to move on to something else. Yet, you cannot master anything unless you take the time to practice it consistently. The miracles only happen when you pursue one technique for long enough.

Each part of the practice weaves into the other and creates fluidity. Any tensions you may have in the beginning usually get released as you enter deeper states of inner peace. The moves are simple but profound and evolve with your experience.

That is what I love about this practice, the more I do it, the more I learn about myself. I get to know the energy in my body and observe how my mind works. The principles that guide this practice become more and more present in my everyday life. And whenever I feel ungrounded or stressed, I have a go-to practice to find my balance again. And that's something we all need right now.

On top of that, Mike Chang created a 60 day program where he teaches everything he has learned. It’s a wonderful experience that teaches you all you need to know to create a strong foundation for your body and mind.

Flow Training is the practice I recommend to anyone who wants to feel centered and at peace in their body. I am infinitely grateful to Mike for putting it together and teaching it to us through his community and his way of living.
