Being Reborn

Being reborn is painful and scary. We are so attached to a fixed reality that stops us from accessing the depth of who we truly are.

I have started a new journey of self-exploration. This is why I decided to take some time off from writing. I am digging deeper into the core of my soul to discover for what purpose I was born.

It is relieving yet scary to undergo this journey. I don't know what will come out of it. Even writing this into words is frightening because I have the impression I will get lost.

Yet, clarity comes through action. It is when we take action and overcome our fears of the unknown that we receive the answers that we seek.

But this comes at a price. You have to put in the time and energy to make that happen. More than anything else, you need to create space to be reborn.

Rebirth is the fruit of inner work. It happens when we abandon ourselves to the miracles of life and let ourselves be guided to our true essence.

These miracles require you to surrender yourself to light, to your essence, to God. But who does that? I still don’t fully understand how this happens.

But one thing that clearly comes to me is that this whole process is just a process of remembering. Remembering who we truly are.

Because we all come here whole. We disintegrate and dissolve through our childhood experiences. But still, our essence always remains alive somewhere.

This is the path so few take in their life. They abandon their inner child, their sensitivity, their intuition... In order to be good adults. To be respected.

But what if all this was wrong? What if our true essence has always been there? Maybe all we are doing in this life is reconnecting, not improving.

It has taken me a long time to start asking myself these questions. I believed that the goal of personal development was change, reaching a new level in the future.

But there is a new dimension I am starting to see. One that involves healing wounded parts of ourselves to become whole again.

It is when we give life to our past essence, to our perfect form, that we are able to be reborn. Awakening is the product of rediscovery.

And we can all access this past self, these parts that need to be healed. But it requires space, courage and awareness.

Because it is only in the abyss of our own inner darkness that solutions are waiting. It is where we want to search least, that we must go.

So the question to you is, what are you waiting for?

Is there something that needs to heal within you that you have been denying or avoiding?

Do you have any childhood dreams that want to resurface?

What would you do if you only had two weeks left to live?

It is never too late to be reborn and to live the life we were meant to live. All the darkness we are facing as a collective is just an opportunity for change.

So what will it be? Will you trust your true essence and explore the depth of your own inner darkness?

This is where you will find the answers that you seek.
