The Joyful Rebel is a contemplative journey for those who want to bring a deeper foundation of presence, joy, and stability into their everyday lives.

10 weeks of experiential practices. Each week builds upon the previous one, integrating the lessons through your work, relationships, travels, and solitude.

Unlike meditation, contemplation is what happens when you let yourself be fully in your life. It’s a way of infusing your life with more gentleness and spaciousness.

Within the heaviness of our current world, it takes a Joyful Rebel to slow down, remember simple truths, and keep a high frequency.

As with all transformative journeys, you’ll be traveling with an intimate group of like-minded souls, while being encouraged to connect with others around you.

The Joyful Rebel is a journey to develop intimacy with your soul. It takes place in the midst of your everyday life and invites you to create space to be truly present, so you can remember your natural way.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. This journey is designed as an entry point for both beginners and experimented practitioners. Contemplation is a living field that we enter and that opens us up to life. The teachings are experiential and meet you where you are. All you need is a willingness to slow down and experience more of life.

  • The weekly live sessions will be on Sundays at 6pm CET / 12pm EST, and last 75 minutes.

    The Flow60 practices will be on Mondays at 5pm CET / 11am EST, on June 29th, July 20th, and August 10th. They will last 60 minutes.

    All live sessions will be recorded.

  • The whole journey is designed to travel with you and blend into the summer. The practices work wherever you are: a hotel room, a park, a city you've never visited. This is intended to be easy to apply in all areas of your life.

  • It is recommended you join the weekly session with the whole group (60-90 minutes). On top of that, you can explore the journey at your own pace. On average, I recommend setting aside 30-60 minutes a day for yourself. You can engage with your circle and the materials to the extent that feels right. Most importantly, The Joyful Rebel is a teaching that seeks to merge into your daily life, including your work, relationships, and ordinary moments (ex: doing the laundry).

    All of life becomes your field of practice.

  • You'll be placed with 2–3 other participants in a small Zoom room that's yours for the entire journey. Drop in whenever you feel called — no structure, no agenda. Some circles meet weekly; others connect more spontaneously. Each finds its own rhythm.

  • Nothing. A journal and a pen are the only suggestions. Every practice is built around what you already have — your body, your awareness, and the world around you.

    You are encouraged to also document your journey, whether it be through writing, arts, photography… Whatever ignites your creativity!
