Raising Your Vibration

In the face of the fear pandemics we are experiencing, learning to master our vibration is a life-changing skill.

Underneath what we perceive as physical matter, we are mainly empty space and energy. The atoms we are made of, vibrate at a specific frequency depending on the quality of our consciousness.

Someone in fear for instance, will vibrate at a very low and dense vibration. Whereas someone feeling love or joy, will be at a very high and peaceful vibration.

At the core, we are all energy in motion. Once we learn to master our energy, our life changes drastically. Most people are unconscious about how this works and as such, are easily drawn into low vibrations.

But raising your vibration is not as complicated as you may think. There are two mains ways I perceive: cutting out sources of low vibrations and promoting activities that raise your vibration.

Reducing low energies in your life demands foremost present awareness. You must become conscious of what brings your frequency down and abstain from it.

For me, this includes main-stream media, people trapped in low emotions, unhealthy food, negative thoughts, and addictive technology.

So instead of blindly subjecting myself to these energies, I choose to stay away from them. I try to be very conscious of the quality of energy I expose myself to (even if I sometimes fall back into old patterns).

We may have friends or influences in our life that consistently bring us down. To break away from them, we must understand what is at stake.

Low vibrations keep you in a state of fear and separation. Most people don't even realize they have a different choice. They willingly give their power away.

Stepping out of this cycle requires a commitment to growth and change. Otherwise, your self-image and old beliefs will keep you stuck in place.

On the other side, we have activities that raise our vibration. You have probably heard of them before. My favorite are meditation, gratitude, nature, music and writing. I also love connecting with people I resonate with.

Being in nature or meditating even for very short moments, can instantly shift the vibration we are in. If we are challenged by something, having a list of dedicated self-love practices can also be very helpful.

Every one of these activities helps me connect to a vibration of love. This is the highest and purest energy in the universe.

Through the eyes of love, we see that every being is divine and that we are supported by the entire Universe. We feel safe and connected to our Source.

This is a much more empowering way to live wouldn't you say?

Of course, changing our habitual frequency takes time and practice.

If your default vibration is fear, you will unconsciously come back to it. But if you are committed, and understand that the quality of your energy influences everything in your life, you will change in quantum leaps.

You have probably heard that "like attracts like." This is the basic idea behind the law of attraction. What this actually means, is that the quality of your consciousness attracts the same kind of energy in the external world.

Basically, your internal state is the creator of your external reality. This is why some people seem to experience only unlucky events, whereas others, attract opportunities.

Mastering the quality of our vibration is the most powerful change-agent we have. Our energy frequency influences everything that happens to us.

If you feel inspired, take a moment now to get clear on what lowers your vibration and what boundaries you are willing to set in place. What are you ready to let go off?

Second, experiment with activities that raise your frequency. Start with basics like movement, sleep and food. Then expand to meditation, creativity, nature and music. Find out what works best for you.

Ask yourself what brings you joy and connects you to your heart. Learn to cultivate the vibration of love within you.

I assure you that if you commit, your life will never be the same.
